Queen Tribute Band Night

Pickering Brook Sports Club have a MASSIVE night planned for Saturday, July 13.  They have engaged the Services of Thomas Crane’s Bohemian Rhapsody Tribute Band, widely regarded as comfortably the best Queen Tribute Band in Australia!

Thomas is a previous Finalist of Starstruck and Australia’s Got Talent and has spent years assembling the right line-up to complete the band.  A huge part of the Queen live experience was their stage presence. The flamboyance. The theatrics. With a Bohemian Rhapsody show, none of this is lost in translation. The posturing and preening, the strutting and showmanship. Everything is here. Right down to the trademark cheeky banter and singing contests between Freddie and his audience!

Tickets $25

Meals available (not included in ticket price) from 6pm to 8pm, bookings are essential. Please note no online booking available for this night, to book call the Club on 9293 8263 or email pbsclub@bigpond.com, or contact Lyn on 0439  770  632.

This is a night not to be missed, check out their performance below!!!

Swithers Triple Treat

Round 10 saw the Swithenbank Brothers play on the same team for the first ever time.

Grady (far right) hasn’t played for 5 years but couldn’t resist joining the Hawks mid season after younger brother Kane (far left) came up to Pickers at the start of the season to link up with Team Stalwart and oldest brother Lyle (middle).  It was fantastic to see the boys playing together and we look forward to many more games together for the Swithenbanks!
